What does the Unlimited Photo Membership include?
Our Unlimited Photo Membership ($499/month) includes up to 50 real estate photo shoots per month for one registered Nashville realtor. This membership is non-transferable, meaning it cannot be shared with other agents or brokerages. It is designed to help active Nashville-based realtors consistently sell more homes with stunning photos delivered fast.

What types of properties or photography are covered under the Unlimited plan?
The Unlimited package only covers traditional real estate photography for residential homes listed for sale in the Nashville area. It does not include Airbnb properties, short-term rentals, weddings, portraits, events, or commercial listings. Custom packages are available for those needs.

Can I use my Unlimited Package outside of the Nashville area?
The Unlimited Membership is intended for listings within an hour of Nashville. Additional travel (past 1 hour) may be possible, but will include a small mileage fee negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

Can my Unlimited Membership be canceled?
Yes. We reserve the right to remove any member from the Unlimited plan at any time due to abuse of the policy or failure to comply with guidelines. However, once you're locked in at $499/month, your price is protected — even if our rates increase in the future.

What happens if I miss a payment or pause my membership?
If you miss a payment, your service will be paused. You can still receive photos after catching up on your balance. After 3 months of non-payment, your membership will be automatically canceled and may be subject to new pricing if you rejoin later.

Is the $45 Trial Package really just $45?
Yes! Our $45 trial offer is the best way to experience our service — one time per realtor only. It cannot be redeemed more than once or used by multiple agents from the same office. This is a one-time professional photoshoot designed to give you a taste of our quality.

How fast do you deliver photos?
We guarantee consistent, high-quality next-day turnaround — typically within 24 hours or less — thanks to our professional editing team who work behind the scenes to make every image MLS-ready.

What if my listing isn’t ready to photograph?
Listings must be photo-ready upon arrival. We reserve the right to reschedule or charge a fee if the property is not prepared. Please ensure homes are clean, staged, and accessible before your appointment.

Can I book just one shoot instead of a membership?
Absolutely. We offer à la carte pricing and flexible packages if you only need photos once in a while. But if you're listing more than 3 homes per month, the Unlimited Membership pays for itself fast.

Every standard shoot includes interior, exterior, and detail shots, captured with professional-grade equipment and lighting. You’ll receive high-resolution, MLS-ready images optimized for fast loading and maximum buyer appeal.

How do I schedule a shoot?
Booking is easy — just use the online scheduling calendar on our website. You can choose your time, enter property details, and receive immediate confirmation.

How do I receive my photos?
You’ll get a private link via email within 24 hours of your shoot. This includes both full-resolution and web-optimized versions. Images are hosted securely and can be previewed or downloaded instantly.

Can I preview the images before I pay?
Yes. We use a secure delivery platform that allows you to preview all watermarked images before payment. Once paid, you'll unlock the full-quality versions with no watermark.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable. No-shows or last-minute changes may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

Can I request custom edits or re-edits?
Yes — minor edit requests (like blue-sky replacements or fireplace enhancements) are usually complimentary. Larger edits or re-edits may incur a small fee depending on the request.

Can I use your photos on social media?
Of course! All delivered images are fully licensed for your MLS listing, personal website, and social media channels. We even offer optimized versions for Instagram and Facebook if requested.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, though same-day slots may be available depending on location and schedule. Unlimited members receive priority scheduling.

Who will be taking the photos — is it always Logan?

Do you shoot during bad weather?
We shoot rain or shine — unless extreme weather prevents safe travel or access. We’ll work with you to reschedule promptly or capture indoor photos first and return later for exteriors if needed.

While we don’t stage homes, we do provide free pre-shoot checklists to help agents and homeowners get the space photo-ready. Small tweaks on-site (like adjusting blinds or moving clutter) are always part of the service.

Do you offer add-ons like drone, video, or virtual tours?
Yes! We offer a full suite of premium media services including drone photography, cinematic walkthrough videos, 360° virtual tours, floor plans, object removal, and more. Add-ons can be negotiated at the time of booking and will be reflected in your final invoice upon delivery. Custom packages are available for agents who want multiple services bundled together.
